The ProV1 is for those willing to work. It’s ridden 2-3 inches less than your traditional shortboard dim. Its wide point is forward of center, and foam is hidden through the front and mid foot. This being said, it’s intent is to position the surfer closer to shore, “under” the pitch of a wave. The rocker is severe to allow steeper, quicker drops and rocker/rail sensitive for speed in section making. Optional (and suggested) 4 & 6 tail channels.
