Sub Shapes are a “sub” division of the High Performance Short Board standard. Much like my PTK, the Sub Shape is it’s genre’s apex design while remaining authentic and accurate for east coast conditions. As with most successful performance based designs, the wide point is back and the Sub Shape’s tail is slightly wider than the nose (I removed the classic Merrick-like “hip” in 2020).
